Ja’Vonte Lamont Williams has passed away, leaving family, friends, and communities across multiple states in deep sorrow.

Ja’Vonte built lifelong friendships from early years and strengthened those connections through football at Mt. Healthy High School and East Tennessee State.
Ja’Vonte also showed strong dedication to community through involvement with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, contributing across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio with pride and commitment.
Beyond achievements, Ja’Vonte expressed creativity as a DJ, poet, fitness motivator, and actor, most notably captivating audiences in the role of Justin in the stage production Delusional.
Friends remembered Ja’Vonte’s uplifting energy and shared that “their smile could light up any room,” while others expressed that the loss “leaves a lasting imprint on all who knew them.”
A fundraiser organized by Chad Franklin aims to support funeral and memorial arrangements as loved ones honor Ja’Vonte’s life and legacy.
