Jacob Snyder, born May 15, 1994, died on May 24, 2026, at the age of 32 in Urbandale, Iowa.
Jacob leaves loved ones, friends, and community members with lasting memories and deep appreciation for a life warmly remembered.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 8301 NW Aurora Ave., Urbandale, IA 50322.
A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Hastings Funeral Home has care of the arrangements.
The family asked that contributions be made to Cantori New York, P.O. Box 1376, New York, NY 10185, in place of flowers.
