Keundas Jamoure Sanford, 32, Tragically Dies in Fatal Shooting Outside Tyler Club in Smith County, TX
Keundas Jamoure Sanford, a 32-year-old from Tyler, Texas, tragically lost their life early Sunday morning in a fatal shooting outside the Exotic Social Club on Hwy. 64 West in Smith County. The incident, which took place during a party associated with Texas College, also claimed the life of 24-year-old Keion Ddewayne Redd from Jacksonville, Texas. Additionally, two other individuals were injured during the tragic event.
According to authorities, surveillance footage revealed an altercation that escalated when an individual jumped on a car hood and made threatening statements. Despite the presence of multiple weapons, investigators confirmed that only one firearm was discharged, resulting in the deaths of Sanford and Redd.
The loss of Sanford has left family and friends heartbroken. A statement from one of their loved ones expressed deep sorrow and asked for prayers for those mourning. "Our hearts are shattered by this sudden loss," the family shared in a public post.
Two 18-year-old suspects, Brandon Joseph Young and Andru Davis, both from Tyler, have been arrested in connection with the tragic deaths. They face charges of capital murder and deadly conduct. The investigation is ongoing, with four additional individuals taken into custody.
