Nevaeh S. Schweinsberg, 19, Remembered After Fatal May 16 Crash In Summit Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania
Nevaeh S. Schweinsberg, 19, of Butler, Pennsylvania, died after a 2016 Honda Accord crashed on Freeport Road, also known as Route 356, in Summit Township, Butler County, at approximately 10:12 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Authorities reported that the vehicle traveled westbound before leaving the roadway, overturning, and striking a tree.
Skyler B. Gray, 22, of Cadogan, Pennsylvania, also died from crash-related harm, and a 17-year-old passenger from Butler was flown by STAT Medevac to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment.
Police, firefighters, EMS crews, aviation medical personnel, and Pennsylvania State Police responded as the roadway closed during the investigation and recovery effort.
Officials have not released further details about speed, roadway conditions, restraint use, or the teen passenger’s condition.
Memorial service details will be announced later, and obituary and funeral arrangements are expected from family members.
