Saron Simera Bekabil, Beloved Member of Maplewood Community, Passes Away at the Age of 23
Saron Simera Bekabil, a cherished individual from Maplewood, Minnesota, tragically passed away on March 5th, 2026, at the age of 23. Born in Los Angeles, California, on January 9th, 2003, Saron's sudden departure has left family, friends, and the local community in deep sorrow.
Known for their kindness and vibrant spirit, Saron was an integral part of their family. They are survived by their parents, Bekabil Tolassa and Hayme Mekuria, as well as their sibling, Jeremiah Bekabil. Saron was predeceased by their grandfather, Dersonigne Aboye.
Funeral services will be held in honor of Saron's memory. Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 12th, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home in Roseville, MN. The funeral service will be held the following day, Friday, March 13th, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Zion Evangelical Fellowship Church in St. Paul, MN.
