Christine Chahulski, a cherished wife, mother, and passionate animal advocate, passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 44. Christine, a resident of Strongsville, Ohio, leaves behind her loving husband of 9 years, Frank, and their son, Ethan. She is also survived by her brother Michael, and his wife Theresa, along with her nieces and nephews, who will forever remember her as a devoted aunt.
Christine was preceded in death by her parents, Barry and Joyce DePamphilis. Her dedication to both her family and animals was evident throughout her life. Christine’s professional career included working with the American Red Cross and transitioning to the insurance industry, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. She was a passionate supporter of animal rescue organizations in Greater Cleveland, fostering dogs alongside her husband Frank.
Friends and family will gather at Busch Funeral Home in Parma, Ohio, on Monday, May 12, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will take place at Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church on Tuesday, May 13, at 11:00 AM, with interment following at Strongsville Cemetery.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Golden Retrievers in Need or The Gathering Place, organizations close to Christine’s heart.
