Jazmyn Denise Chavez tragically passed away, leaving behind a family devastated by the loss of a loving mother, daughter, and sister. Jazmyn’s twin sister, Jolene Marie Chavez, preceded her in death, and now, Jazmyn joins her sister, reunited once again. A close family member, Lucinda Thomas, shared the heartbreaking news in a fundraiser post, saying, "It is with a broken heart that I share with you that my beautiful niece, Jazmyn, left us to be with her twin sister."
Jazmyn leaves behind her 10-year-old son, Elijah, her mother, Leticia Chavez, her brother, Joshua, and her two sisters, Jaden and Jenne.
