It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Natalie Kathryn Smith, a cherished young woman from Shaker Heights, Ohio. Natalie passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 18, leaving behind a community in mourning.
Natalie’s death has left a void in the hearts of her family and friends. She is survived by her loving parents, Heidi and Kevin Smith, and her brother, Vincent Smith. Her extended family includes her grandparents, Kenneth and Kathleen Smith, and Michael and Catherine Kosterman, along with aunts, uncles, and cousins who will all miss her dearly.
Preceded in death by her aunt, Molly Kosterman, Natalie’s life was filled with love and warmth. In a tribute to her memory, a celebration of life will be held on June 3, 2025, at Hathaway Brown School in Shaker Heights, Ohio, where loved ones will gather to honor her life and legacy.
Her family kindly requests donations in lieu of flowers, with contributions being directed to the Hathaway Brown Moving Company, FAA, and the Ohio Northern University Engineering Program.
Natalie’s bright spirit and kind heart will be remembered by all who knew her, and her legacy will continue to inspire.
