Tony "Anthony" Wemyss, aged 39, passed away on June 30, 2025, leaving his family, friends, and community in deep sorrow. A resident of Grove City, Ohio, Tony’s death has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of those who loved and knew him.
Tony’s family and friends have expressed their deep grief, with many remembering him as a person who always brought light into their lives. "His memory will forever remain in our hearts, guiding us through the dark," shared one friend on social media.
Tony was predeceased by his grandmothers, Ellen Leaman and Veda Treboni; his aunt Patricia Douglas; and his sister Amy Roark. He is survived by his daughter Rylee Wemyss, parents Denise Price and Anthony Wemyss, and siblings, including Lindsey Biery (Donnie), Kristen Biery (Drew), Lexis Wemyss (IaIn), and Louis Wemyss (Emily), along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at Saint Joseph Cemetery in Lockbourne, Ohio.
Tony’s kind and compassionate spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
