Adam Bean, a dedicated off-duty law enforcement officer, tragically lost his life on the night of March 28th, 2026, in a shooting incident in Hope Mills, North Carolina.
The shooting occurred at a home on Seattle Slew Lane, where Cumberland County deputies were called just before 11 p.m. to respond to reports of a domestic disturbance between two off-duty officers. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Bean with a gunshot wound and sadly pronounced him dead at the scene.
