Carly was born on August 12, 1997, and leaves a lasting memory among family, friends, and others whose lives Carly touched.
Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home will host visitation on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 700 E Jackson Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46516.
A celebration of life will follow at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Logan Center in Carly’s honor.
