Dylan Stamour, 22, Remembered After Fatal Interstate 395 Pedestrian Incident Near Exit 11 In Norwich On Sunday Morning
Dylan Stamour, a 22-year-old from Norwich, died early Sunday, May 17, 2026, after a vehicle-versus-pedestrian crash on Interstate 395 North near Exit 11 in Norwich, Connecticut.
Connecticut State Police from Troop E responded before 3 a.m., and first responders provided CPR before Dylan went to Backus Hospital.
Norwich Fire officials later confirmed that Dylan died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Authorities temporarily closed the Route 82 on-ramp to I-395 North while they secured the area, rerouted traffic, and began their investigation.
