Sara Maldonado Remembered For Creativity, Kindness, Family Devotion, And A 17-Year Journey With Cancer
Sara Maldonado is being remembered with love after a fundraiser titled “Honoring Sara Maldonado’s Memory” was created by Savannah Graham on May 30th, 2026.
Sara lived with cancer for 17 years and remained known for creativity, kindness, strength, and a steady willingness to help others.
Family members shared that Sara deeply cherished grandson Chase, siblings Miguel, Lupe, Gina, Stella, Gilbert, Sonia, Victor, and Guillermo, along with Savannah, Brian, Colten, Alexiz, and Lupe.
The fundraiser had raised $1,175 of a $1.8K goal through 14 donations to help with funeral costs and support Chase’s future.
Any remaining support will go to Chase’s savings account and cancer research in Sara’s name, according to the family’s stated wishes.
Memorial service details and a full obituary will be announced later by family members.
