Luis Angel Guaderrama, Beloved Family Member and Cherished Community Soul, Passes Away at 23 in Ulysses, KS
Luis Angel Guaderrama of Ulysses, Kansas passed away on March 28, 2026, at the age of 23, leaving family, friends, and community members heartbroken by the loss of such a bright and compassionate individual.
Known for his loving nature and devotion to family, Luis’s presence touched everyone around him, bringing warmth and kindness wherever he went.
He was predeceased by his sister, Itzel Anai Guaderrama, and grandparents Esperanza Ornelas, Jose Luis Ornelas, and Ramona Payan. Luis is survived by his parents, Jesus and Guadalupe Guaderrama; siblings Jesus Guaderrama Jr. and Jayleen Guaderrama; and his grandfather Leo Guaderrama of Mexico, along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who cherished his company.
Visitation is scheduled on March 30th from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and March 31st from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses, KS. A rosary will take place on March 31st at 7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service on April 1st at 10:00 AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Luis Guaderrama Memorial Fund.
